In this guide, I will share some apps from there that I can’t live without. You’ll need TweakDoor Installer to be able to obtain these beneficial apps. I love streamlining the processes in my life. If there is an app from TweakDoor App that can do a task for me much better than me, I’d love it! These programs are about the organization, some are about health, some are about fitness, and some are about stress reduction.

Fabulous

appsFabulous (on Google Play and the Apple Store) is a versatile app that you can use for a whole host of private improvements. The plan sends reminders to drink water and eat an essential breakfast. It also gradually increases the number of habits until you have a fully functional morning schedule. That I like to perform the 11-minute stretching workout.

Meditation

Meditation (on Google Play and Apple Store) is an app I use almost every night to help me fall asleep. I like the guided meditations that can be found on this system. The entries are incredibly relaxing, and you’ll discover types of different lengths to suit your needs. This app frees me up to fall asleep within 5 minutes. If you realize that you procrastinate and spend too much time being distracted by your phone, this is the app for you.

Hold

When using this app, you tap the “hold” button, and after that, you are officially on hold and ready to work on your projects. For every 20 minutes, you stay on hold, you’ll earn points that you can redeem for perks like free coffee, gift cards, charity gifts, etc. You are ready to “compete” with different people within your organization/school/university for success. The program can also be supported between 1 am, and 6 am to encourage you to get some sleep and work healthy hours.

A Soft Murmur

phone

A Soft Murmur (on Google Play along with the Apple Store) is a highly customizable program that plays ambient sounds. It is useful for meditation or to aid concentration during significant exertion. You can adjust the intensity of these sounds to your liking. You can set the sounds and have them come and go.

Google Opinions

Still use the data you send to Google (e.g. Maps, YouTube) to ask extremely quick and easy questions about places you’ve been or videos you’ve watched. These are always simple yes/no questions that don’t need to be typed and can’t even be answered. You usually get between 6p and 25p per survey, and this money is in the form of Google Play credit so, you can spend it on software, subscriptions, or game items (e.g. Pokemon Transfer).

Loop – Habit Tracker

With this app, you can select a task you want to do each day, enter a minute, and the app sets an alarm or tells you to do it. Then you enter it into a log that allows you to track how often you follow good habits and what you want to work on via a chart and color-coded app. I am aware that some of these programs can only be purchased on Android, this is because I use an Android phone.
